DOMESTIC SHIPPING FAQS
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Domestic orders are generally delivered within 2-5 business days. For international orders, there can be the occasional customs or courier delays that may affect your delivery timeframe.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. Some orders will require a signature. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours. We cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status and claims must be taken up with your local courier branch.
WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
We use FedEx Home Delivery as our standard domestic carrier and DHL Parcel International Direct as our standard international carrier. We also offer expedited options for both domestic and international orders.

Once your order has been processed we cannot revise it. This includes size/color/style/quantity changes and billing/shipping address revisions. We are unable to offer price adjustments (we cannot apply discount codes to orders after they have been placed).
We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in original condition with original tags attached for a return or an exchange (only for domestic purchasers) within 14 days after date of delivery. All item(s) will undergo a detailed inspection once received. If the returned item(s) do not meet our outlined standards for return, then the item(s) will be returned to the customer’s original shipping address. Once item(s) pass inspection we will credit the original payment method/issue store credit within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).
Once your item(s) are approved per our returns policy, we will promptly issue a refund or exchange. Please note that there is $5.95 returns fee assessed on all returns/exchanges.
How do I process a Domestic Return/Exchange?

- Fill in your order number and zip code
- Click “START RETURN”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Once your request is complete, you will then have access to a return label

The cost of international returns is not covered or reimbursed by Monday Swimwear. However, you can return your items in packaging other than the box in which it was delivered or you can return your item(s) using the exterior box received in your order to reduce the weight of the shipment to save on postage costs. Please note that there is $5.95 returns fee assessed on all returns.
How do I process my International Return?

- Fill in your email and order number
- Click “Lookup”
- Once you your request is submitted, we will then approve it within 48 business hours
- After your request is approved, you will be provided our returns address

PURCHASING OUTSIDE OF THE U.S
You are able to view items in various currencies. However, upon checkout final prices are listed in USD. If you are not located within the U.S, please make sure to note the currency conversion rate in relation to your home country. We are not responsible for any changes in price due to the conversion rate.
