INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST
The cost of international shipping is dependent on a number of factors, including the shipping option chosen at checkout, the weight of your Monday Swimwear, as well as the destination country. DHL calculates the price of shipping once all factors have been accounted for!
DUTIES & TAXES
Being a U.S. based company, all international shipments are subject, at random, to customs assessments by your local government. Your home country is at liberty (under their own laws) to charge an “import” tax on your international purchase.
We are legally obliged to declare the purchase and products to your country, which means this additional charge is completely out of our control. Monday Swimwear is not held responsible nor can refund/reimburse for any taxes or duties charged by the customer’s local government. Any fees of this nature are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Although we would love for you to keep your Monday purchase, should you choose to refuse to pay any duties assessed on your package, it will be returned to us as the sender, upon which we will then be able to issue a refund.

For all international orders shipped via the “Free Worldwide Shipping” option, the following terms apply: The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Monday Swimwear to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Monday Swimwear may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/ARRIVE?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped daily Monday through Friday.
International orders typically take anywhere from 7-15 business days, depending on where you are located.
All delivery dates are based on average transit time. For international orders, there may be the occasional unforeseen customs or courier delays that may affect your delivery timeframe.
ONCE MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED, IS THERE ANYWAY TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS?
Once a package has left our facility we do not have the ability to redirect or intercept a package internationally.
CAN I EXPEDITE MY PACKAGE ONCE IT’S ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED?
Once a package is out of our possession, the liability then lies with the courier service to deliver your package in a timely manner. We do not have the ability to “speed up” or “expedite” a shipment once the package has left our facility (even though we wish we could!!).
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED RECENT TRACKING UPDATES ON MY PACKAGE?
Not to worry! Information is generally available throughout the day with delivery scans usually updated towards the evening of the date of delivery or attempted delivery, once the delivery agent returns from their route. Please note that there may be a delay in regards to DHL scanning updates. Delivery status information includes information about the date and time of delivery, or attempted delivery, a projection, if available, of when you can expect your package to arrive, and the location of the parcel (mailbox, reception desk, neighbor, etc.)
- It does not include tracking of the package en route. However, additional scans may appear.
- Item's mail class and/or service is displayed when available.
- If it was mailed recently, information may not yet be available. Please try again later.
- This does not mean that the item has not been mailed. It just means that it has not been scanned in as having been delivered.
- If sender - check back at a later time (status information is usually updated every evening).
Monday Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.
WHY DOES MY TRACKING INDICATE THAT MY PACKAGE IS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY?
We do not have control over the transit route chosen by USPS. At times packages will go through different processes, customs stops and/or shipping ports in order to get to their end destination in a timely manner. If it has been indicated on the USPS Tracking page that your package has stopped in a different country, this does not mean that your package has been redirected or will not arrive to the end destination.
We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in original condition with original tags attached for a return or an exchange (exchanges are only for domestic purchasers) when requests are made within 14 days of order delivery. All item(s) will undergo a detailed inspection once received. If the returned item(s) do not meet our outlined standards for return, then the item(s) will be returned to the customer’s original shipping address. Once item(s) pass inspection we will credit the original payment method/issue store credit within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).
We do not accept exchanges or returns for any markdown items (e.g. purchases ordered during the end of season sales). All items purchased during this time are considered final sale.

- Click “Lookup”
- Once you your request is submitted, we will then approve it within 48 business hours
- After your request is approved, you will be provided our returns address

You are able to view items in various currencies while shopping, however, upon checkout final prices are listed in USD. If you are not located within the U.S, please make sure to note the currency conversion rate in relation to your home country. We are not responsible for any changes in price due to the conversion rate.
