How can I track my order?
When your order is in the packaging stage, which generally takes 2-4 business days, an email confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email you provided when creating your account.

How fast is standard shipping if I am located in Australia?

Any orders placed during 11/23-12/1 with code CYBERWEEK, BLACKFRIDAY or CYBERYMONDAY are eligible for store credit only, unless marked final sale.

What is your return policy?
We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for a full refund. All return request must be made within 14 days after date of delivery. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days from date of returned package. Items that are purchased on sale or at a discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged, and no exceptions will be made for any fit or sizing issues.

How do I create a return request?

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Do you provide return labels?
We offer free returns for all Australian purchases! To receive your return label, please use our contact page to contact us. If you are an international customer, we are currently unable to provide return labels. Please be sure to receive the tracking number for your returned package, to ensure the package incurred no issues during transit.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your returned package, please allow our returns team 14 business days to process your refund. We always recommend checking your return tracking number if you are wanting an update on the arrival of your returned package. If you wish to receive any updates on the refund status, please use our contact page to contact us.

What if my return is late?
All return request need to be made within 14 days from date of delivery and failure to do so will result in your item(s) being denied.

How do I return an item purchased using Afterpay and how is the refund process?
All orders placed with Afterpay follow our standard return process. Please use our contact page to contact us. The refund will be refunded back to Afterpay canceling any remaining payments, if the refund amount is greater than your Afterpay balance the refund is processed back to your credit card via Afterpay. Are sale items returnable?

Need help with sizing?
We offer a detailed Fit Guide to help direct you to the right size in your Monday Swimwear. If you have any further sizing or styling questions, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team and they can assist! Be sure to include your bust, waist, and hip measurements.

How do I care for my suit?
We have chosen our Monday Swimwear fabric for it's perfect combination of softness and resiliency. To keep your Monday Swimwear suit in pristine condition, please follow our care instructions listed below.

  • Wash your suit in fresh cold water as soon as possible after wearing. Ideally, soak your suit in a bowl or the sink for at least for 20 minutes before adding a small cap full of a gentle hand soap that contains no moisturizers, or a gentle detergent specifically formulated for fabrics with a high spandex content, such as the one made by The Laundress or Le Paume. Gently work the soapy water through the entire suit and make sure to rinse thoroughly in cold water until all soap is gone.

  • Lay your suit flat to dry in the shade on a towel and use caution to never ring out the fabric or hang it, which could cause stretching and wear to the delicate fabric.

  • Make sure your suit is completely dry before putting away.

  • Never, ever wash your suit in the washing machine, even on the delicate/hand-wash cycle. Water temperatures in washing machines are incredibly hard to regulate and the detergents made for machines are far too strong for swimwear fabric.

  • Sun cream, tanning cream, or chlorine can damage and discolor suits, so use caution to limit exposure of these products to your suit. Be cautious as rough surfaces as this can cause pulling and snagging of the delicate fabric.

  • Caring for your suit in the appropriate manner is the best way possible to ensure that it will not deteriorate in an untimely manner.
  • We are unable to assume responsibility for any damages the suit may incur if cared for otherwise.

    I received a faulty/incorrect item, what do I do?
    Oh no! We're so sorry that you received a faulty/incorrect item. Please use our contact page to contact us and provide your order number and photo of the faulty/incorrect item, so we can better determine the next steps!

    Do you offer price adjustments?
    We are unable to offer price adjustments and cannot apply discount codes to orders after they have been placed.

    Please note: Vouchers are not combinable with other discount codes.

    Can I change/edit my order?
    We process your order as soon as it's placed! Once an order has been placed we are unable to make ANY changes (this includes shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.)

    My package says "delivered" but I haven't received it, can you assist?
    Oh no! Since the package was indicated that it was delivered, there are a few steps we suggest taking!
  • Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address. Please allow 24 hours following a delivery confirmation before assuming that there is an issue with the delivery.
  • Contact your local post carrier and try to speak to your postal person directly, as sometimes they have a recollection of when and where they leave packages.
  • Make sure your mail area is secure, and leave a note to request that packages not be left unattended.
  • Is there a chance one of your neighbors mistakenly collected your package?

    Will I have to pay taxes/duties in my home country?
    All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. This charge is not calculated into the total price at checkout. The customer's country's local customs office will assess the additional customs fees and notify the customer of this additional charge by email, phone, or physical notice. The amount of the charge is completely at the discretion of one's local government.

    We are legally required to claim the true price of products purchased and our shipping system automatically enters this information into the customs documents it creates.

    Please note: If you used a discount on your order, your customs office assesses taxes based on the original retail price.We are unable to offer a refund for taxes/duties.
